Do Not Add Members Just Because You Think You Can
No matter the person or the condition, new members MUST go through the proper process. The process is as follows: Speak with the “Seeker of Tranquility” and get interviewed; go through a meeting with the member council; get final confirmation by the “Seeker of Tranquility”. Leaders who do not follow this may be removed from their position.
Owner is Not Above Other Leaders
All leaders are considered equal. Ownership is an additional duty NOT a higher rank. The only thing higher than your corresponding leader is the Leader Council where all 5 leaders get together. So do not go to the owner because you think she is a higher rank.
Respect Your Family and Know Your Chain of Command
Respect will be maintained at ALL times, be it ooc or ic. We are a family first and foremost. If you are having a problem with another, you are to use your chain of command and solve the issue. ( The chain of command is as follows: You and your peers, Your supervisor, your corresponding leader, the leader council.) Failure to do this could resort in a fine, loss of rank, or removal from clan. The goal is to keep people from feeling not welcomed, or out of place in the clan.
Stay Active
Members must remain active. This means doing the duties that correspond with your rank as well as clan events. Failure to do so will lead to loss of rank, or removal from the clan. (NOTE: special cases may be brought to the attention of the your corresponding leader when ooc life prohibits normal Hollow activity.)
Please Know Your Job
All members have a job within the clan. Do NOT trample upon another member’s job unless you were requested to help with it. Violations may lead to loss of rank or a fine.
Do Not Abuse The Stock Room
Items left in the clan room are for everyone. Please don’t take them all, for we need to share. If there is gold in the clan room do NOT take it for it was left for the clan, and will be put in the bank by the Treasurer. Herbs, armor, food, drinks, and other like items will be left for those who need them. Do not place things in here you do not wish to be donated. Violators of this WILL be fined.
Do Not Mix OOC and IC
Do NOT mix ooc and ic. Doing so is not only bad RP but it is against Hollow Law. Doing so may lead to removal from the clan.
Keep Clan Stuff in the Clan
Trust is very important in this clan, Information ooc or ic about what our clan is doing is to be kept within the clan. If an information leak is found, you WILL be removed from the clan.
You Must Still Follow Hollow Rules
All of the rules in, out, and about Hollow are to be followed. Failure to do so will lead to punishment from the clan as well as the admins.
Keep Your RPs Straight
Do not break RP! This refers to the ignoring of actions which have prohibited certain abilities to be done and/or ignoring effects from past rps. If your tongue is cut out one day, you will still be unable to speak until you RP it being healed.
Share your Ideas
Each member's input is important and taken into account. Just because you’re not a leader doesn’t mean that your ideas and feelings don’t count. They do and we would love to know your feelings on all things we talk about. This is why there is a clan forum.
